Public Education : This requires implementation of an educational program to distribute material to the community and /or conduct an outreach program about the impacts of storm water on bodies of water and the steps a community can take to reduce pollution. 

Sec. 4. (a) The board has general supervisory powers over the utilities under its control, with responsibility for the detailed supervision of each utility to be vested in its superintendent, who is responsible to the board for the business and technical operation of the utility. The board shall: 

A. Our Customer Service Office is located on the first floor of the Municipal Building. The address is One Municipal Plaza, 401 S. Meridian Street, Lebanon IN, 46052. 

The Water Distribution Department is comprised of a four man crew. They are responsible for maintaining the integrity and dependability of the distribution system. 

The Utilities has established programs to reduce infiltration and inflow from wet weather. We are lining old lines and manholes or replacing them. The Utilities has purchased camera equipment to inspect and prioritize sections for lining and/or repair.
